What count as a "small edit"?

Small edits include things like updating a paragraph of text, swapping out an image, changing a price, or adding a new blog post you’ve written. It generally covers any task that takes our team 30 minutes or less. For major new features (like adding an entire e-commerce store to a Starter plan), we’ll provide a separate project quote.

Is there a long term contract?

We believe in earning your business every month. Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term "lock-in" contracts. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. However, most of our clients stay for years because of the peace of mind we provide.

What is the "Design Refresh" guarantee?

The web changes fast. A site that looks great today might look dated in two years. If you have been a continuous subscriber for 24 months, we will perform a complete visual redesign of your site at no extra cost to ensure your brand always looks modern and professional.

Do I own my own website?

Yes! While we manage the infrastructure and technical "heavy lifting," the content, branding, and domain are 100% yours. If you ever decide to cancel, we will provide you with a full backup of your site data that you can take to another provider.

What exactly am I paying for each month?

Your subscription covers the "Total Health" of your website. This includes high-speed hosting, your SSL security certificate, daily backups, software updates, and—most importantly—our time. Instead of billing you $100+ an hour for small changes, those updates are included in your plan.

I already have a domain. Can I keep it?

Absolutely. You can maintain ownership of your domain (e.g., via GoDaddy or Namecheap), and we will simply point it to our secure servers. If you don’t have one yet, we can help you register one.

How long does it take to get my site live?

Once we have your initial content and branding, we typically launch Starter sites in 7–10 business days and Professional/Agency sites in 2–3 weeks. If you need your site completed sooner, rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
